What is PADI IDC Bali?

As a certified Divemaster or PADI Assistant Instructor, you're ready to begin the training that provides both a career in diving and the respect only afforded to those divers who carry the Padi Open Water Scuba Instructor credential.

The Padi IDC - Instructor Development Program prepares you to function as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.

In addition, it further develops your leadership and teaching abilities to the instructor level and prepares you to teach PADI programs.

During the PADI IDC Bali program, you will learn the PADI System of diver education, PADI standards and procedures, effective academic teaching presentations, teaching in confined water, conducting Open Water Training dives and additional related topics.

You will learn these topics either through the PADI IDC Bali Program or the Instructor Orientation Program (IOC).

Note: the IOC is an option available only if you are an Scuba instructor that is current & in good standing with another Scuba certification organization and wish to become a Padi Open Water Scuba Instructor.

After successful completion of the PADI IDC Bali or IOC, you must successfully complete the Instructor Examination (IE).

You will be evaluated on: dive theory, academic teaching, confined-water (pool) teaching, open-water teaching, general diving skills and professionalism.

PADI IDC Bali Course

As a Padi Open Water Scuba Instructor you can conduct the entire range of Padi experience programs and PADI diver programs, from Open Water Diver through PADI Divemaster (except for specialties and PADI EFR, which require specific PADI Specialty Diver Instructor and PADI EFR Instructor ratings).

After successfully completing your Padi IDC Bali / PADI IOC and PADI IE, you will receive a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification card and certificate denoting this rating. You will also become a member and receive PADI Member Benefits .

PADI IDC Bali Internships
